Booking and payment
Bookings must go through our official channels. The person booking must be at least 18 and authorised by the group. Confirmation requires the agreed payment and an email or invoice. Deposit and balance deadlines are specified in your booking.
Your itinerary
Only expressly listed services are included. Weather, restrictions or operational conditions may change the itinerary. Major changes are communicated where possible.
Cancellation and refunds
Read our cancellation policy before paying.
Travel responsibilities
Travellers must hold valid documents and required permits, follow local rules and respect safety instructions. Insurance is not included unless specified.
Service arrangements
Your Tours & Travels acts as an agent for transport, hotels and other services. Events beyond our control may affect delivery. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
Images and jurisdiction
The existing booking terms permit promotional use of tour images and testimonials unless you opt out in writing. Indian law applies; disputes are subject to Siliguri courts.
