Gangtok

Use Gangtok as a base for a local sightseeing day, then arrange Tsomgo Lake or North Sikkim separately. A city transfer does not automatically include restricted-area excursions, additional vehicle arrangements or permit processing.

Share the hotel location as well as its name. Ask whether the vehicle can reach the entrance or whether the meeting point is on a nearby accessible road.

Pelling

A Pelling stay can combine mountain viewpoints with a monastery-focused day. Avoid attaching every attraction to the arrival drive; keep a separate sightseeing allowance and discuss the exact circuit before confirming.

Send your hotel’s map pin and check-in timing. Ask for a direct transfer quote first, then list any sightseeing you want to add along the way.

Namchi

Namchi can be a destination in its own right or a planned stop within a South Sikkim circuit. If combining it with Ravangla, request a written route order rather than treating both as an automatic free detour.

Specify whether you need a town hotel drop or a sightseeing visit. A transfer ending in Namchi and a return excursion from another town require different vehicle hours.

Ravangla

Ravangla is often paired with a Buddha Park visit. For a slower holiday, compare an overnight stay with a transfer-day stop; these plans use the vehicle differently and should be quoted separately.

State whether the drop is your accommodation or a sightseeing stop. For a same-day visit, include the return destination and expected waiting time in the request.

Plan a Rumtek visit as its own outing

Rumtek Monastery is outside central Gangtok; the district guide places it around 23 km from town. If it matters to your trip, name it in the sightseeing request rather than assuming a generic city circuit includes it. Leave time to explore respectfully after the drive, and ask about access and any entry requirements. A short central-city tour and a Rumtek-side outing are different uses of the cab.

Ask for named stops around Namchi

The district tourism listing includes Siddheshwar Dham (Char Dham), Samdruptse and Temi Tea Garden. They should be treated as named itinerary choices, not automatic inclusions in a Namchi hotel drop. Tell the planner which places interest you and whether you will stay overnight or continue to another town. Waiting and the onward destination then become part of the written quote.

Give Buddha Park the time you want

Buddha Park, also called Tathagata Tsal, is a principal Ravangla visitor stop. If the park is your main reason for travelling, tell the team whether you want a brief stop or an unhurried visit. A point-to-point transfer, a park excursion with return travel and an overnight Ravangla stay need different planning. Keep admission and any extra activities separate unless the quote includes them.

A hatchback or sedan can suit suitable town transfers for a smaller party. Compare a family MUV, Innova-category cab or specifically requested Crysta for a larger group or different comfort preference.
