A practical one sightseeing day plan
Choose a realistic set of Gangtok stops, with time for lunch and walking. A locally agreed route is more useful than an unqualified “all points” promise.
- Start from your Gangtok hotel at an agreed time.
- Discuss viewpoints, a monastery stop and the city attractions that interest you.
- Keep opening hours, walking time and entry tickets separate from driving time.
- Finish at the agreed local drop point; Tsomgo and Nathula are not part of this city tour.
Use Gangtok as a base for a local sightseeing day, then arrange Tsomgo Lake or North Sikkim separately. A city transfer does not automatically include restricted-area excursions, additional vehicle arrangements or permit processing.
